Confusion in Japan.... When you are the government in times of crisis, this is the real test of your mettle. Of course to do your work properly you need prompt, precise and accurate information. If your surrounding aides can provide you with this, you can make informed decisions which may or may not be liked by the masses. It looks like the Japanese people trust their government with information about the stricken reactors in Fukushima. If continuous effort is seen to be made to cool down situations, and that I mean quite literally and correct information is released copiously, then they may be light at the end of the tunnel.
